Hello all,
For the last few months Emote and the Administrators have been working hard to keep thing running but also to find a new home for The Hunter, so that it can continue to grow and build. That work is now approaching a conclusion, a buyer is in place and the paperwork is nearing completion.
The new owners are committed to developing the game further through continuous updates to the service. Their plans include new hunting environments, new animals, and new weapons. More information will be released by the new owner as soon as all transactions have been concluded. Watch this space!
During this hand over, which should be completed within a few weeks, the game will remain open and you will continue to be able to hunt and enter competitions, although customer support will again be very limited. However once the process is complete we would expect the normal high level of support you’ve come to expect to be re-established in short order.
Again thank you all for your patience and understanding. As I’m sure you can appreciate, we all want to keep The Hunter the best hunting game there is, for a long time to come.
